The Witcher fans created a change.org petition to keep Henry Cavill on the show

Last week it was revealed that actor Henry Cavill would be leaving The Witcher TV show after Season 3. However, fans of the series are not too happy about the news.

Fans of The Witcher have already created a petition demanding that the main star of the film adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski's bestselling novels remain. It appeared on the website change.org.

At the time of writing, the petition has been signed by nearly 12,000 users. The description on change.org says that Cavill won't be leaving the show to return to his role as Superman. According to the authors, Netflix continues to mock the original work of the Polish writer and made another decision that goes against the interests of fans.

In addition, the petition recalls that Ajay Sapkowski was satisfied with the fact that the main role in the series was played by Henry Cavill. The author of the books about Geralt called the actor a true professional.
