Not long to wait: HBO announced that the first episode of The Last Us will be released on January 15, 2023

HBO Max confirmed that the first episode of The Last of Us TV adaptation will appear on January 15, 2023.

The TV adaptation of the game is being developed by Neil Druckmann, the creative director of The Last of Us game series, as an executive producer and co-writer of the TV show, and Craig Mazin, who directed the Chernobyl series for HBO, is also a writer and executive producer. The plot of the first season will tell the events of The Last of Us Part I. We will be shown key characters and locations where they visited.
