Samsung brings cloud gaming support for its 2021 TVs
Samsung does not forget to support its older products and Smart TVs are no exception - the company provides them with access to cloud gaming services, including Xbox Cloud Gaming, Amazon Luna, GeForce Now and Utomik. All of them will be available on certain 2021 TV models.
Here's What We Know
Earlier this year, the company launched a game center for its 2022 TVs and monitors, which included Xbox Cloud Gaming, Google Stadia and GeForce Now.
"When Samsung Gaming Hub was released on 2022 TV models earlier this year, the first question we received from users was: "When will cloud gaming be available on my TV that I bought last year?". Today, we're excited to share with our eager fans that they'll be able to play the games they love before the end of the year," said Mike Lucero, Head of Games at Samsung Electronics.
Although last year's TVs will not have a full-fledged game center - there will only be available separate programs for each service, thanks to which you can play. They will atomically have support for all Bluetooth controllers and you will only need to have a compatible TV with an internet connection and download the necessary applications from the Samsung app store.
