The premiere of The Witcher: Blood Origin was a total flop.

Viewers not only didn't appreciate the new Netflix project, but also called on the company to stop mocking the beloved franchise.
On various aggregators, the prequel received extremely low ratings:
- Metacritic - 0.7 points;
- Rotten Tomatoes - 9% "freshness";
- IMDb - 3.8 out of 10.
Audiences criticize everything: the plot, the cast, the staging, the quality of the visuals and graphics, the performance of the roles. In short, there is nothing in The Witcher: Blood Origin that could please not only fans of The Witcher, but also fans of fantasy series.
