Honor Pad V8 Pro: a tablet with a 144Hz display and a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chip for $373

Honor company, as promised, held an event in China, where it announced a new tablet - Honor Pad V8 Pro.

Here's What We Know

The tablet will get a 12.1-inch LCD display with 2.5K resolution and brightness of 600 nits. The panel supports a refresh rate of 144 Hz and boasts IMAX Enhanced certification. The novelty also installed eight speakers, a single 13 MP primary camera and a 5 MP front camera. The tablet supports the proprietary stylus Magic Pencil 3 and the keyboard Smart Touch.

The Honor Pad V8 Pro runs a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The device is powered by a 1,050mAh battery. The battery supports 35W fast charging. The gadget comes with WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, Android 13 operating system and MagicOS 7.0 branded shell.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Honor Pad V8 Pro will start selling in China on December 30. The novelty will cost from $373. Whether the tablet will appear on the global market is unknown.
