"Avatar: The Way of Water" grossed $1 billion at the worldwide film release in 12 days
As expected, the film "Avatar: The Way of Water" without any problems managed to collect $1 billion by the end of the year.
Here's What We Know
"Jurassic World Dominion" and "Top Gun: Maverick" were the only films to bring in more than $1 billion in 2022 - $1.001 billion and $1.487 billion, respectively. Now "Avatar: The Way of the Water" joins them.

The James Cameron picture recently broke the $850 million mark at the worldwide film release. It took 12 days to reach $1 billion, including $300 million in the United States.
