On January 3, the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will send a record number of satellites into space

SpaceX intends to start 2023 with a new record. It will orbit a record number of satellites at one time.
Here's What We Know
On Jan. 3, a Falcon 9 rocket will send 114 spacecraft into orbit at once. They include picosatellites, cubesats and microsatellites weighing from 0.1 kg to 1 kg, about 1 kg and 10 kg to 100 kg, respectively.

The current record belongs to India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) rocket. In 2017, it sent 104 satellites into space.
