Jocelyn Mettler, who gave Abby's appearance in The Last of Us Part II, is once again actively receiving intimidation and hate speech
After the release of The Last of Us Part II, Jocelyn Mettler, who created the look of Abby, one of the game's characters, received a barrage of hate mail. At the same time, she was constantly threatened and intimidated. It seemed like the situation was in the past, but it wasn't.
Here's What We Know
On her Twitter account, Jocelyn posted a screenshot of an unknown person writing that he hates Mettler and wishes her death. Although the last time Jocelyn collaborated with Naughty Dog was back in 2017, and more than two years have passed since the release of The Last of Us Part II.
Bro I have not been on Naughty Dog's payroll since 2017. I am not their complaint department. I think you forgot a cc on this one, champ.

The girl also wrote that such messages do not scare her, but annoy her. She doesn't like posting such messages at all, but as it turned out, they didn't stop. Mettler just put up with it, but she wants people to know that it is still happening.
The active accusations against Mettler may be related to the successful premiere of The Last of Us Part I on HBO MAX. Probably, after the series, some viewers decided to get acquainted with the game, reached the second part and were not satisfied with Abby's actions, although it is not clear what claims they can make against Mettler, who did not even voice the character. At the same time, the girl believes that this will not go away anytime soon.
