Flashback
The Leopard 1 is Germany's main battle tank. It began to be developed after World War II in conjunction with France, but then cooperation ceased. The Leopard 1 is in service in 12 countries. Thanks to a modernization program it is still in use. By the way, about 4,744 Leopard 1s were produced by 1984. The tank took part in the Bosnian War and in the War in Afghanistan.
