Ukrainian air reconnaissance uses legendary US Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter

The Ukrainian air reconnaissance service has received a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.

Photos of the helicopter were published by the official Telegram channel of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry (MDI). Officially, none of the allies handed over the helicopter. Therefore, we can assume that the UH-60 Black Hawk was acquired privately for the SMM.

By the way, the pictures do not show the armament of the helicopter, but there are many modifications and upgrades for it on the market. So it is not out of the question that it will be purchased in the future.

The UH-60M Black Hawk is an American tactical multirole helicopter. It is designed to carry personnel, military cargo, and casualty evacuation and transportation of bulky cargo. Production of the UH-60M Black Hawk is carried out by Sikorsky Aircraft (owned by Lockheed Martin). The first version of the helicopter was released in 1974. Since then it has received many modifications. The UH-60M Black Hawk participated in many military conflicts.
