Samsung starts selling Neo QLED 8K TVs for $3500 and more
South Korean manufacturer Samsung has announced the launch of Neo QLED 8K 2023 TV sets. They come in two series, each comprising three models.
Here's What We Know
The TVs were announced in early January at CES 2023 in Las Vegas. A month and a half later, four of the six TVs have been priced. The top line is the QN900C. It offers users models with 14-bit Mini-LED backlighting and a maximum brightness of 4000 nits.
The Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900C lineup features 65", 75" and 85" diagonal models. The cost of the first two is $5000 and $6300. The price of the largest and most expensive TV is not yet specified.
For those who want the 8K-panel experience, but aren't prepared to pay that much, there is an option to buy one of three QN800C models. The most expensive (85") TV is $6000 and the cheapest (65") is $3500. The price of 75" model will be announced later.
