Xiaomi's 2020 flagships will receive MIUI 14 firmware on Android 13 next week

Xiaomi will soon release the MIUI 14 update for 2020 smartphones. This was announced by Zhang Guoquan, head of the software development division.

Here's What We Know

It's not entirely clear which smartphones will receive the update, but the list will definitely include the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, which were announced in February 2020. Zhang Guoquan said that a stable version of MIUI 14 will be available for the Xiaomi Mi 10 series models.

Apart from the standard edition and Pro version, the range also includes the Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth, Mi 10S and Mi 10 Ultra. Which specific smartphones will be updated will be known very soon.

Zhang Guoquan has promised that the company will complete the software development by the end of this week. Distribution of the beta version of MIUI 14 will start next week. The firmware will be based on the Android 13 operating system. The stable version is likely to appear as early as April.
