Netherlands shows how AFU learns to use BvS 10 all-terrain vehicles

The Royal Netherlands Navy has revealed that Ukrainian soldiers are undergoing a training programme in the use of BvS 10 all-terrain vehicles.

Here's What We Know

A video with elements of the training has been published by the Dutch Navy on its YouTube channel. The AFVs are being trained to drive and operate the vehicles on the battlefield. They are being trained by marines. For security reasons, the location of the training is not disclosed by the Netherlands. Incidentally, Ukraine is already using such all-terrain vehicles on the battlefield. It is not known how many of them are in service with the AFU.

BvS 10 (Bandvagn Skyddad 10) is a tracked armored all-terrain vehicle. It is produced by the Swedish company BAE Systems Land Systems Hägglunds. The vehicle is designed specifically for arctic, jungle and desert operations. It has a Cummins 5.9-litre diesel engine, a payload of up to 5 tonnes and the ability to add various modular systems.
