Ukrainian Defence Forces destroy Russian T-90S export tank worth $2.5m by drone
The Security Service of Ukraine has reported on the successes of fighters from the White Wolf Special Operations Centre A unit. They destroyed a lot of Russian equipment in April, but the most interesting target is a T-90C tank.
Here's What We Know
In April, Ukrainian Security Service fighters destroyed four T-90S and T-72 tanks, nine infantry fighting vehicles, one armoured personnel carrier and other military equipment, including a MTLB. Three Russian army strongholds were also hit.

The T-90S tank is a very interesting target because it is intended for export. The cost is about $2.5 million. One cannot call the fighting vehicle rare, as more than 1,500 units have been produced in total. However, there is no information on how many tanks the Russian army has received.
Serial production of the T-90 began in 1992. Within a year, 13 tanks were produced. The T-90S did not appear until 2001, after production was halted in 1998 due to a lack of funding amid a general decline in Russian government investment in the country's armed forces. In early winter 2001, Russia signed an export contract with India and delivered more than 120 tanks over two years.
