Tecno unveils Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G smartphones with MediaTek processors and 120Hz AMOLED screens

Following the Tecno Camon 20 Premier, the company has announced three more smartphones. They are called Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G.

Here's What We Know

Externally, the smartphones don't differ much. Below you can see the Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G (from left to right). All three models feature a 6.67" AMOLED refresh rate screen.

The standard version is equipped with the Helio G85 processor, while the Pro gets the Helio G99. Both chips do not support 5G. The Pro 5G variant is equipped with the new Dimensity 8050 SoC. The RAM is 8GB and the storage capacity is 256GB.

The resolution of the main camera in each smartphone is 64 MP and the front camera is 32 MP. All three models get 2 MP macro sensors. The Pro 5G version features optical stabilisation and another 2 MP sensor (for background blur).

The similarities don't end there. The smartphone gets a 5000mAh battery, 33W fast charging and IP53 water protection. The software platform is based on the Android 13 operating system with HIOS 13 firmware.

Price & When We Can Expect It

As with the Camon 20 Premier, Tecno has decided not to disclose the launch date and price of the new products. The Camon 20 will be available in Predawn Black, Serenity Blue and Glacier Glow, while the Pro and Pro 5G versions will be available in Serenity Blue and Dark Welkin colours.
