The head of Xbox devices hinted at a feature similar to Quick Resume for Windows - it will allow you to quickly launch games after a break
During the presentation of the ROG Ally portable gaming PC from Asus, Roanne Sones, Head of Xbox Devices, discussed how the new device "redefines the Windows PC gaming experience". In particular, she mentioned that modern consoles allow you to instantly return to the game after a break, and ROG Ally encourages Microsoft to think about implementing a similar feature in Windows.

She also mentioned the ability to instantly pick up a desktop game from where you left off on a portable device like this one.
All in all, it all sounds great, but whether and how it will be implemented remains to be seen.
