Bugatti will build the world's first Bugatti Residence in Dubai - an unusual 42-storey building with 11 Sky Mansion penthouses and Riviera Mansions, priced from $19.09m

Bugatti is planning to build the world's first residential complex Bugatti Residence. It will be located in the Business Bay district in Dubai.

Here's What We Know

The project was unveiled last week at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. It was presented by Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, and Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti.

The 42-storey Bugatti Residence will house 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion penthouses, each with a unique bespoke layout. Owners will receive two car lifts, a spa, a private swimming pool, a chef, a fitness club, a personal driver and a concierge.

Bugatti is in no hurry to reveal a completion date but says it already has customers. Accommodation at Bugatti Residence is aimed at people with wealth of at least $50 million and starts at $19.09 million.
