vivo S17 and vivo S17t: smartphones with 120Hz OLED screens and Snapdragon 778G+/Dimensity 8050 chips
As promised, vivo held an event in China today where it unveiled the vivo S17 and vivo S17t smartphones.
Here's What We Know
The new products received identical specifications. Except for the processors. The vivo S17 runs on the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC, while the vivo S17t runs on the Dimensity 8050 SoC. In terms of other specs, the devices are equipped with 6.78-inch AMOLED displays with curved edges, 120Hz and FHD+ resolution.
The new devices come with LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2/UFS 3.1 storage and a 50MP (Samsung GN5) + 8MP (Sony IMX355) dual main camera. The front camera in the smartphones is 50MP. The devices are powered by a 4505mAh battery. It supports 80W fast charging. The gadgets also have 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC and USB-C ports.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Sales of the vivo S17 will start on June 6.

As for the vivo S17t, there is no price or launch date for the new product yet.
