Google unveils new features for Android and Wear OS

Google has unexpectedly announced new user features for Android and Wear OS devices.

Here's What We Know

The first innovation is the Reading Practice feature. It allows you to use the Google Play Books app to practice your pronunciation and expand your vocabulary.

The developers have also added three new widgets to Android: Google TV with movie and TV show recommendations, Google Finance shares and news headlines in Google News. Also new to Android are new Emoji Kitchen themes for Gboard and a Dark Web Report with Internet security reports.

For Wear OS, there is now support for Google Keep. In addition, the developers have expanded the Spotify features. For example, it is now possible to quickly open the app and launch music and podcasts via Tiles.

When We Can Expect It

The new features will be available to all Android and Wear OS device users in the near future.
