Kinect Games announces Phasmophobia for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2
Phasmophobia developers have announced the game's release on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and even PlayStation VR2 consoles in August! What's more: Phasmophobia will support cross-play, allowing players on consoles and computers to team up in a four-person team and fight ghosts together, feeling the eerie scent of fear on their skin.
Here's What We Know
The expectations of Xbox and PlayStation owners were growing with each passing day, but in the end, Kinect Games studio showed the port during the Microsoft Xbox Games Showcase Extended. The exciting trailer showcased the full range of tools and equipment that players will use as they hunt down 24 different types of ghosts in 10 exciting locations.
The most intriguing addition is PSVR 2 support. If you've ever played Phasmophobia in VR, you know that the game is not for the faint of heart. Your gameplay will be filled with screams, shouts, and jumps of fear, and it looks great in VR, so this is a great addition for PSVR 2.
