Google has released a limited edition Pixel Fold to celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip hop, but you won't buy it

Google has only recently opened official sales of the foldable Pixel Fold smartphone, and has already unveiled a new version. It's a limited edition Pixel Fold commemorating the 50th anniversary of hip hop.

Details

The exclusive 'Hip Hop 50' version features an elegant Obsidian colour scheme with metallic accents on the sides and on the camera bezel. The smartphone is packaged in a special player-case designed by Victrola.

In addition to the smartphone, the set includes a Pixel Watch smartwatch, Pixel Buds Pro headphones, as well as special 'It's All G' jewellery, a full-featured Victrola turntable and a Mass Appeal vinyl box set containing five records.

All in all, it's a decent set. But unfortunately, it's not available in shops. Google has decided to distribute it exclusively through its #GiftFromGoogle programme to a select group of individuals.
