Mortal Kombat 1 developer has promised to release a new gameplay trailer in the near future, which will reveal new characters
The first trailer and gameplay trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 by Nether Reaml caused a big wave of discussion among fans of the series. And recently, the game hosted an online stress test in which they could try the game themselves. But here's more news: a new beta test will be held in August, registration for which is already open, and a new gameplay video will be released soon.
Here's What We Know
Series co-creator and creative director Ed Boon announced on his Twitter page that a new gameplay trailer will be released "soon", revealing more information about the main fighters, such as Main and Kameo:

The exact date is still unknown, but this week seems like a reasonable contender. So far, NetherRealm has confirmed that the list of playable characters includes Liu Kang, Raiden, Kitana, Milena, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Kung Lao, Johnny Cage, Reiko, Kenshi, and Shang Tsung.
As for the Kameo Fighters team, we already know that it will include Sub-Zero, Goro, Stryker, Kano, Jax Briggs and Sonya Blade.
When We Can Expect It
Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on the 19th of September for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Windows.
