Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra shows up on Geekbench with Android 14 operating system

Samsung is preparing an update to One UI 6, which will be based on the Android 14 operating system. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra flagship with the new software has been tested in Geekbench.

Here's What We Know

Last week, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the Android 14 operating system passed the performance test in Geekbench 6.1. The smartphone has model number SM-S981U (AT&T) and 8GB of RAM.

The result in Single-Core mode was 1,712 points and in Multi-Core mode it scored 3,476 points. By comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the final version of One UI 5 on Android 13 scores 1,871 and 4,943 points respectively.

The first beta release of One UI 6 is scheduled for the third week of this month. In addition to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, the update will be available for two other models in this generation: the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+.
