OnePlus Nord 3 - Dimensity 9000, 120Hz Fluid AMOLED display, 50MP camera with OIS and 80W charging from €499
OnePlus has, as expected, announced the Nord 3 smartphone. The third-generation model offers a standard set of features when you look at the price segment.
Here's What We Know
The OnePlus Nord 3 has a plastic frame. The casing has received IP54 water protection. It has Gorilla Glass 5 on the back and Dragontail on the front. The Fluid AMOLED display has a 6.74" diagonal, 1240 x 2772 pixel resolution, 120Hz frame rate and brightness up to 1450 nits.
The silicon brain of the smartphone is the Dimensity 9000 processor. The 4nm chip gets a CPU with up to 3.05GHz and Mali-G710 MC10 graphics. The RAM is 8/16GB and the storage capacity is 128/256GB respectively.
The main camera has a resolution of 50 MP (OIS) + 8 MP (wide angle) + 2 MP (macro). There is no telephoto lens. The camera supports 4K video shooting at 30 FPS and 60 FPS frame rates. The resolution of the selfie module is 16 MP.
The OnePlus Nord 3 gets a 5000mAh battery and 80W fast charging. There's also room under the bonnet for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, an IR port, an on-screen fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers. The software platform is OxygenOS 13.1 firmware on Android 13.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The OnePlus Nord 3 is priced at €499 or €549 in Europe, depending on the modification. Sales will start on July 11. The top-end version will also be available for €499 before the end of the month. The smartphone will appear on the market in two colours: Tempest Gray and Misty Green.
