Pokémon Sleep trailer with new details about the gameplay has been released
Recently, Pokémon Sleep developers released a new trailer that reveals a few more details about the game:
Here's What We Know
The trailer showed some fascinating examples of different Pokémon sleeping styles. For example, it turned out that Pikachu can sleep with its ears hanging down, curled up in a ball, or even electrified during sleep. These are just a few examples of the wide range of possible combinations that players will encounter during their adventures.
The player scoring system will be based on the duration of their sleep, and the resulting scores will contribute to an overall sleep score. This score is then added to the score earned in the Snorlax mini-games. The higher the score, the more Pokémon and their unique sleeping styles players will be able to unlock.
It is important to note that specific Pokémon will only be available when the player sleeps with their phone in a certain configuration. For example, in order to catch a Wartortle, which will sleep face down, the player must also sleep in that position. This adds an element of realism and interaction between the player and the Pokémon in the dream world.
In addition to using their own smartphones, players will have the option of using a special accessory called the Pokémon Go Plus+. This compact Pokéball-shaped device will be placed next to the player while they sleep on the bed. It will measure the player's movements, similar to the function of a smartphone, and record this data, which will then be transferred to the Pokémon Sleep app.
