NVIDIA has started selling a questionable GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card with 16GB of video memory priced from $499

NVIDIA announced the GeForce RTX 4060, RTX 4060 Ti 8GB and RTX 4060 Ti 16GB graphics cards in Spring 2023. The latter is just going on sale today.

The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB is a graphics card with questionable potential for success. Due to the high price, which was at least $499, NVIDIA partners decided not to send out devices for reviews, so as not to stir up the public unnecessarily.

The presence of 16 GB of video memory was the only difference from the video card, which received half as much VRAM. At the same time, the cost has increased by $100. GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB will be able to provide higher frame rates in games that are sensitive to such a parameter as the amount of VRAM.

The novelty received a chip AD106-351 with a Boost frequency of 2.5 GHz. The GPU is connected to the memory by a 128-bit bus. VRAM frequency is 18 GHz, and the maximum bandwidth - 288 GB / s.
