Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg continue to help Ukraine by announcing new military aid packages.

Here's What We Know

The Benelux countries will transfer M113 tracked armoured personnel carriers to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They plan to purchase them from the industry, repair them and then send them to the front.

All combat vehicles will be equipped with a remote-controlled weapon system, as well as a machine gun of 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm calibre. In addition to the M113, Ukraine will also receive a package of spare parts for maintenance and repair of the vehicles.

The number of vehicles and terms of deliveries are not named by the Benelux countries. It is only known that the armament will be transferred to the AFU in the coming months.
