UK transfers Malloy drones to Ukraine, which can carry weapons and even wounded: (video)
The UK Ministry of Defence has shown on social media a video of the operation of Malloy cargo drones, which are included in the aid package to Ukraine. The video shows a special operation in which the drone successfully transported an injured military man.
"Uncrewed aerial systems like Malloy drones, operated by the British Army can move equipment, weapons, and even casualties from the front line, and are part of our ongoing aid package to Ukraine", the Ministry of Defence told the BBC.
Malloy are cargo drones that are manufactured by Malloy Aeronautics. The video shows the T400 model, which is capable of lifting cargo up to 180kg and delivering it to a specified location in any weather. The UAV also has vertical take-off, a range of up to 70 kilometres, autonomy of up to 35 minutes and removable batteries.
