Xiaomi is discontinuing support for Mi 10, Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9 smartphones

Xiaomi has decided to retire some of its smartphones from the past years.
Here's What We Know
According to dataminer @kacskrz, the Chinese manufacturer has added 8 smartphone models to the list of EOS products (End Of Support List). We are talking about Redmi 9, Redmi 9A, Redmi 9C, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra. That is, these gadgets will no longer receive monthly security patches as well as Android operating system updates.

Xiaomi unveiled the Mi 10, Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9 line of smartphones in 2020. The devices are now running on Android 13 operating system with MIUI 14 shell.
