Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9+ tablets with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and IP68, priced from $800

Along with the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, Samsung has announced two more tablets. They are called Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9+.

Here's What We Know

The difference between the two models is in the dimensions, storage capacity, battery capacity and main camera configuration. Meanwhile, both devices get Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, four stereo speakers, USB-C, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, stylus support and Samsung Wireless DeX.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 has a Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with 120Hz frame rate, HDR10+, 11" diagonal and 1600 x 2560 pixel resolution. The Plus version received the same panel, but the size is increased by 1.4", and the resolution - up to 1752 x 2800 pixels.

Each novelty is equipped with 13MP main and 12MP front cameras. Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ has an additional 8 MP ultra-wide-angle module at the back.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 has got 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of inbuilt storage. The inbuilt battery capacity was 8,400 mA*h. The Plus variant has a storage capacity of 512 GB in the top-end modification, and the battery has a capacity of 10,090 mA*h. The fast charging power in both cases was 45W.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The tablets are already available for pre-order, and deliveries will begin on 11 August 2023. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 is priced from $800. The Plus version will cost at least $1000.
