Delta Force is back! Tencent has announced the revival of the series, and will reveal the details soon

On the eve of Gamescom, there will be a lot of news and rumours about the projects that will be shown there, and one of them will be the reincarnation of the Delta Force first-person shooter series, as Tencent announced by publishing a trailer for the game:

Here's What We Know

NovaLogic, the developer of the original series, has released as many as nine parts of Delta Force, starting with Delta Force 1 in 1998 and ending with Delta Force: Xtreme 2 in 2009. However, in 2016, the studio ceased to exist and its assets were acquired by THQ Nordic.

Now, in 2023, Tencent has decided to revive the series and published a trailer, and more details about the game will be revealed at Gamescom Opening Night Live on 22 August.

The new Delta Force is being developed by Tencent's Timi Group studio and will support cross-play between PCs, consoles, and smartphones (even so!). We will hear more details during Night Live on 22 August.
