SEGA has released a trailer for the latest Sonic Frontiers update, The Final Horizon, which will be available on 28 September:

The Final Horizon promises to add a new story, exciting challenges, and new characters to the game.

Sonic Frontiers is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
