Meizu published a teaser of a new smartphone with an extended screen. In rumors, the device was usually referred to as M6S, but in the Chinese social network Weibo, the company reserved a hashtag for the Meizu S6 model. It seems that devices with full-screen design will be selected in a separate line.
What is known?
In previous leaks it was reported that Meizu S6 will receive a 5.7-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18: 9, and inside will be used a six-core chipset Samsung Exynos 7872 (the chip itself has not been officially announced yet). Presumably, two versions with 3 or 4 gigabytes of RAM and a flash drive for 32 or 64 gigabytes, respectively, will go on sale. The size of the novelty is 152x72.54x8.0 mm, which is comparable to the dimensions of the Xiaomi Redmi 5 case. Battery capacity is 2930 mAh. The company decided to abolish the brand-name sensor-mechanical button mBack, and the fingerprint scanner will move to the side face.

Presentation of Meizu S6 will take place this week, January 4, 2018. According to preliminary data, the price will start from $ 200 for the base version. In the Chinese market, the smartphone will be available in the coming weeks.
