Recently, the company Vivo introduced the technology built into the display of the fingerprint scanner . But Koreans from Samsung have decided to surpass their Chinese competitors. They patented in the World Intellectual Property Organization a screen with a built-in fingerprint sensor and camera.
Special holes
In the description to the patent it is indicated that the ratio of the display to the front panel will be almost 100%. A camera and a fingerprint scanner in the display are mounted in special miniature holes.
What to expect
In Samsung, they can already develop a completely completely frameless smartphone, because all other important parts and components are on the screen, so leaving even a thin frame does not make sense.
