Budget men from Samsung will receive dual cameras with a "portrait mode"

Samsung plans to install dual cameras in low-end smartphones.

What is known

Samsung introduced ISOCELL Dual - a technology for a dual camera, which is planned to be put on smartphones with an average price. The main feature is the bokeh effect and low light photography (LLS). Yes, now a smartphone with a good camera will not cost as a top PC.

All magic creates a special algorithm, which processes the photo after shooting. So, Samsung has managed to reduce the cost of this technology. That's only ISOCELL Dual can not shoot simultaneously in poor lighting and do bokeh. Samsung share these functions: for bokeh cameras are used for 13 and 5 megapixels, and for LLS two cameras of 8 megapixels.

When to expect

Samsung did not say when technology will go into mass production. Also, perhaps, ISOCELL Dual will not be an exclusive for the company's smartphones.
