Asus Mixed Reality Headset helmet went on sale

Asus company announced its mixed reality Mixed Reality Headset HC102 helmet.

What is known

The Asus helmet has approximately the same characteristics as other manufacturers (Lenovo, HP, Dell, Samsung and Acer) MR helmets. It is equipped with 2.89-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 × 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.

The helmet is equipped with special cameras to track the position. Also there is a proximity sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope and a magnetometer. For all kinds of connections there are ports HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0, and also 3.5 mm audio output. In terms of design, the ASUS HC102 looks very futuristic.

Cost of the device

The helmet has already gone on sale to the US market at a price of $ 429.
