MWC 2018: Asus showed a simplified version of the flagship - ZenFone 5 Lite
The company Asus, along with the flagship ZenFone 5 / 5z, announced its simplified version - ZenFone 5 Lite.
Characteristics
The smartphone installed a large 6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels. And this means that the screen has an aspect ratio of 18: 9. A good average processor - Snapdragon 630 - is responsible for performance. ZenFone 5 Lite received 4 GB of RAM 64 GB of internal memory.
Asus has focused on cameras, so there are four of them in the smartphone: two front ones at 20 megapixels with a viewing angle of 120 ° and two main ones at 16 megapixels with the same wide viewing angle. On both cameras you can take photos in "portrait" mode. In addition, ZenFone 5 Lite installed a battery for 3300 mAh, 3.5 mm audio output, a fingerprint scanner and an NFC module for contactless payments. Unlike the older versions, the Lite version received a microUSB port for charging.
When to expect
The smartphone will appear in several color variants: Rouge Red, Moonlight White and Midnight Black. The cost of new items have not yet voiced. The start of sales will begin in March.
