The epic acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft Corporation lasted almost two years.
The American giants were seriously tested by global regulators and competitors, and were able to prove the transparency and legality of this deal.
And now it's official: Activision Blizzard and all of its studios and brands have become part of the Xbox ecosystem.

Microsoft has acquired the rights to mega franchises such as Call of Duty, Guiter Hero, Warcraft, Starcraft, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Prototype, Spyro, DJ Hero, Skylanders, Diablo, Overwatch and Candy Crush.
Many of these games will soon be available in the Xbox Game Pass catalogue.
This is the biggest deal in the history of the gaming industry, with an estimated value of $68.7bn!
Xbox CEO Phil Spencer welcomed the new members of his team and expressed confidence that together they will take the video game industry to a whole new level.
