As for Double Tap, it is one of the main innovations of watchOS 10. The function allows you to perform some actions on the watch with a double tap gesture of the index finger and thumb. For example, switch off the alarm clock, receive or drop calls, take photos from the iPhone camera, etc.

When We Can Expect It

watchOS 10.1 Release Candidate can already be installed by developers and users who participate in the beta testing programme. The stable version of the software should be released next week.
