YouTube Music has gained support for Apple HomePod

Users of HomePod and HomePod mini smart speakers received integration with YouTube Music service.

The information appeared on Google's tech support site. Thanks to the innovation, users of Apple smart speakers can use Siri to launch music on the speaker, as well as manage tracks. The new feature works on all HomePod models.

To set up Siri integration for YouTube Music, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. After that, go to the app, open settings, and under Connected Apps, select HomePod. After that, you need to select YouTube Music as your default music service on your iPhone or iPad. This can be done through the Home app.
