Google Photos will soon allow users to choose settings for AI-generated videos
Google has announced that users will soon be able to set their own criteria for videos in Google Photos, which are created on the basis of artificial intelligence.
Here's What We Know
Previously, the app automatically generated videos with a random set of photos and music. Now, you'll be able to select people, places or events to search for and then edit the results.
According to Google, the app will first select relevant photos based on the query and make a video. It will then be possible to trim or rearrange the snippets and replace the music.
Previously, creating such a video required manually searching and selecting photos. The new feature is something between automatic generation and manual selection.
Google will gradually launch the update for all users. It may not be available immediately after the announcement.
