Dinosaurs on Unreal Engine 5: ARK release trailer: Survival Ascended shows off graphical updates to the remaster

At the Xbox Partner show, Wildcard Studio showed the release trailer for ARK: Survival Ascended, a remaster of the dinosaur survival simulator ARK: Survival Evolved.

Here's What We Know

The trailer shows picturesque locations, detailed dinosaurs and other creatures, as well as several fragments of the gameplay. In general, the game looks very good, because technologies such as Lumen lighting, Nanite mesh rendering, Chaos physics, and much more have been added. The main thing is that the optimisation does not fail.

The authors also said that Survival Ascended supports cross-platform modding. So now modifications can be installed on consoles. This was implemented using the CurseForge mod browser. The game also has a redesigned interface, improved navigation system, improved camera, more multiplayer features, new items, and much more. The remaster will also include all previously released DLC, and the game is waiting for many updates.

When We Can Expect It

ARK: Survival Ascended will be released on PC on 26 October. The game will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series in November 2023.
