List of "smart" hours on Android Wear, which will update to Wear OS

Yesterday, Google changed the name of the Android Wear application to Wear OS, but it turned out that that was not all.

What is known

At first it seemed that it was only rebranding the application without any functional changes. But Google today released a list of "smart" hours, which will update to the operating system Wear OS. It will receive all the watches that should have been or have already been updated to Android Wear Oreo (8.0): Huawei Watch 2, LG Watch Style, LG Watch Sport, ZTE Quartz, Casio PRO TREK Smart WSD-F20, etc. Total 32 models, full list you can see the link .

Unfortunately, it did not hit Huawei Watch 1, Sony Smartwatch 3, Moto 360 (2 Gen.) and other older models of devices. All these hours will receive a partial rebranding. Something will update through the Play Store, but the settings menu and other items will still be with the inscription Android Wear.

When to expect

All the watches from the list will start receiving the update in the near future.
