Roskomnadzor caused a partial blockage of Telegram.

What happened?

The system of Roskomnadzor locks is designed in such a way that any owner of a prohibited resource is able to disrupt the operation of other resources. The domain dymoff.space, previously entered in the registry of prohibited sites, entered into the DNS addresses of Telegram, Odnoklassniki, Channel 1, Facebook, Pikabu and others. Problems with availability did not arise for all resources and only for some users.
