Telegram lock is canceled

After a small dialogue between Alexander Zharov and Pavel Durov, a popular messenger was added to the register of Roskomnadzor.

The outcome of the conflict

A week ago, the head of Roskomnadzor, Alexander Zharov, put forward an ultimatum to Pavel Durov, the creator of Telegram. The developer of the messenger was threatened with blocking the application in case he did not provide the civil service with data for inclusion in the general register of information dissemination organizers. To which Pavel Durov replied that all the necessary information is in the public domain for all comers.
