S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will take 40 hours: new details of the expected shooter have become known
The developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World gave an interview to the Chinese portal Gamer Sky, in which they revealed new details of the long-awaited shooter.
Here's What We Know
The creators of the game said that to pass the main plot of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will take about 40 hours.
In the second part there will be four endings, to each of which will lead to specific decisions and actions of the player during the passage of the central tasks. In addition, some additional quests also affect the course of the story, and their consequences are unpredictable.
GSC Game World representatives insist that their game is primarily aimed at hardcore gamers, so it may prove unnecessarily difficult for a number of users.
On Xbox Series X, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will have two graphics modes: with increased resolution (4K) and with an emphasis on frame rate (60 FPS). The developers recommend choosing the second option, as the shooter is quite dynamic and will require fast action.
Unreal Engine 5 capabilities helped to make the graphics of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 as realistic and mesmerising as possible, especially the dynamic lighting system.
When We Can Expect It
The release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is expected in February 2024 on PC and Xbox Series, the game will immediately enter the Game Pass catalogue.
