Cyberpunk 2077 support is over: patch 2.1 will be the last major update for the game from CD Projekt Red
Tomorrow - on the 5th of December - a major patch 2.1 for Cyberpunk 2077 will be released.
Developers from CD Projekt Red have been working on improving the game for three years already, and during this time the acclaimed project has really reached the level of quality that millions of gamers expected.
However, the support can't last forever, as the Polish developers reported.
Here's What We Know
In an interview with IGN portal CD Projekt representatives said that patch 2.1 will be the last major update. After it will be released small updates, but in general the work on Cyberpunk 2077 ends.
CD Projekt employees will fully engage in the next two projects - Cyberpunk 2077 sequel under the codename Project Orion and a new part of The Witcher.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition, which will include the base game, Phantom Liberty expansion and all free updates and DLC, will be released on the 5th of December.
