Xiaomi stops issuing test assemblies MIUI 9. We are waiting for MIUI 10?

In China, the latest beta version of the MIUI 9 shell was released under the number 8.4.26. Xiaomi decided to focus on optimizing the system, and at least until June there will be no other updates.

Something's coming to an end

At the official MIUI forum, developers reported that some models with the Android 5.x OS on board will not receive "subsequent versions" of the shell, which clearly means MIUI 10 . Following Redmi 2 and Mi 2 ( dropped out with the release of MIUI 9.5), Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, Redmi 3, Redmi Note 3 MTK and Mi Pad 2 are retired. These devices can be transferred to the latest stable firmware MIUI 9.6, which will be released in June-July (for China).

Something starts

Apparently, the official announcement of MIUI 10 will take place in the coming months, and in June we can see the first test builds. In the new shell Xiaomi focuses on the functions of artificial intelligence.
