Acer has unveiled the Swift Go 14 with Meteor Lake processors and Intel Arc graphics, priced from $999
Intel presented mobile processors of Meteor Lake generation, after which companies started announcing their laptops with the new chips. One of them was Acer, which together with Predator Triton Neo 16 presented Swift Go 14 model.
Here's What We Know
The base version of the Acer Swift Go 14 received an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H chip, while the top-end variant is equipped with an Ultra 7 155H processor. The amount of RAM type LPDDR5X is 16 GB and 32 GB respectively.
The graphics subsystem is represented by an integrated Intel Arc chip. There is no discrete graphics card. For data storage, the top model received a 1TB drive, and in the base variant the SSD capacity is halved.
On the inside of the Acer Swift Go 14 cover is a compact display with thin bezels. The OLED panel supports a 90Hz refresh rate, covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space and is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certified. The screen diagonal is 14" and the resolution is 2.8K (2880 x 1800).
Acer Swift Go 14 has a battery capacity of 65W*h, which is enough for 12 hours of work without recharging. The novelty also has two USB-C ports, two Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, Mini-Jack, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and a 1440p webcam.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The price of the Acer Swift Go 14 begins with $999. Sales of the laptop will begin in January 2024.
