Samsung is preparing to announce the updated line of budget smartphones J-series at the end of this month. Now one of them - Galaxy J4 (2018) appeared on the site of the Taiwan Certification Bureau NCC.

What was shown

According to the published photos, the novelty will receive a plastic case with a removable battery. On the back of the device, a flash camera, a company logo and a speaker were placed. In front of nothing unusual - a screen, "frontalka" with a flash, a talking speaker and three control buttons. The middle button may have been combined with a fingerprint scanner.

What is known

The smartphone should get an eight-core Exynos chip with a clock speed of 1.4 GHz. It is also expected that the device will have 2 GB of RAM, 8/16 GB of ROM, a slot for a memory card, support for two sim, LTE and Android 8.0 Oreo. Earlier device with the model number SM-J400F passed the test for performance in GeekBench.
